Affiliate Parter Program Terms and Conditions

The affiliate is wholly responsible for selling the product at which time once the reseller customer has signed and paid for the product BuiltWith will provide support, to the level purchased by the reseller customer, and host the reseller customer's account.

• The Reseller must conduct its business with high levels of integrity and fair dealing. The Reseller should maintain a reputation for fair dealing and customer service at the highest levels.
• Reseller may participate in the BuiltWith Affiliate and Referral Programs; however, The Reseller shall not submit any referrals, prospects, or orders for services pursuant to such Programs if such services are for Reseller’s own use or resale. BuiltWith reserves the right to review and withhold payment and/or credits for orders or sales submitted by such Reseller for such Reseller’s own use or resale.
• The Reseller must abide by the provisions of BuiltWith's Terms & Conditions, as they may be modified from time to time. The Reseller should impose conditions of service on its Reseller Customers that are at least as stringent as those imposed by BuiltWith. Without limiting the foregoing, the Reseller must cause its Reseller Customer to comply with BuiltWith's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, which may be modified from time to time. If any Reseller customer violates the BuiltWith Privacy Policy or Terms & Conditions, BuiltWith may terminate or suspend the resellers account.
• We may modify the Terms & Conditions of the Reseller Program from time to time. The Reseller should re-visit the Partners Program on BuiltWith’s web site from time to time to stay abreast of such changes. Any change to the Partners Program will be effective immediately when posted to BuiltWith’s web site. When feasible, we will endeavor to provide Reseller with advance notice of changes to the Program.
• BuiltWith in no way participates in mass unsolicited e-mailing (i.e. spamming), and all partners are expected to adhere to this policy as well. Violation of this policy will result in the termination of this contract and immediate dismissal from the Partner Program.
• If a customer cancels and demands a refund the referral will be purged. Proof of cancelation will be provided.

Key Points

• You must not compete with BuiltWith on paid search keywords across all networks (Google/Facebook et.c.) using "BuiltWith" or "TrendsPro" keywords
• You must have a valid PayPal account to be eligible for referral payments. Create a free account at PayPal.
• Referral payments are made only once your account reaches $100 and 90 days have past for previous payments (to allow for refunds).
